My first experience with Oopsie Daisies was via phone today. I was desperate for palms and Lana was so kind and accommodating. Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted. The customer service from Lana and Betty was what you hope to receive when spending your money but often don't. They were so professional, warm and personable. And, the shop is clean and well appointed. All of my floral needs will be handled by them going forward. I was so pleased I told a picture of the front and shared it on Facebook. I can't wait to go back!

Awesome customer service! The order was for delivery to a memorial service. The address provided wasn’t accurate so the delivery driver couldn’t find the location. They immediately called me but I was unfamiliar with the area. When I explained where the services were being held, the owner knew the area. She personally met the delivery driver and took the flowers to the location to ensure it arrived on time.
They went the extra mile which shows they value customer service. I would highly recommend them!!!

Today my boyfriend surprised me with a beautiful pink bouquet of flowers in a super cute pink vase that gave the flower arrangement the perfect touch. I’m so in love with my flowers! And they smelled so gooddd. There was a lot of attention to detail in my bouquet in the way that it was arranged like a pink heart. The flowers all looked so well taken care of, not a single drooppy flower in sight and we so vibrant and looked full of life. My boyfriend also told me that the owner was very helpful to him and so kind. We both plan to return to this shop for their amazing service & quality flowers
